A rocky outcropping at the base of Ekoh is where Sardothien made their camp. A dangerous move, but a very defensive move too. Nobody can really attack from behind when it would take weeks just to get to Ekoh. You would have to go through the heart of Sardothien territory to reach Ekoh, by then Sardothien would know of your presence.
